Resource Planning (ERP), GST Billing, CRM, and HRMS software platform designed
for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We are committed to protecting the
privacy, confidentiality, and security of your personal data and your
organization's business information.

explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you
access or use our cloud platform, website, and related services.
We collect information
directly provided by you, automatically through your platform usage, and via
integrated enterprise services:
● Account & Billing Data: Name, business email, contact number, company
name, GSTIN, billing address, and payment details required for subscription
processing.
● Enterprise & Operational Data: Customer data, vendor records, purchase orders,
inventory counts, accounting general ledgers, sales pipeline data, and
multi-branch transaction details uploaded to TedERP.
● Human Resource & Payroll Information (HRMS): Employee profiles, biometric attendance logs,
leave balances, salary structures, PF, ESI, TDS, and Professional Tax details
required for automated payroll calculations.
● Third-Party Integration Data: Information processed via statutory portals
(GSTN, E-Way Bill, E-Invoicing) and communication platforms (WhatsApp API
triggers for business updates).
● Technical Usage Data: IP address, browser type, system logs, access times,
operating system, and device metrics to maintain cloud reliability and
security.
We utilize the collected
information strictly for legitimate enterprise and operational purposes:
● To provision, host, and maintain your cloud ERP
tenant.
● To execute core platform operations including
double-entry accounting, GST filing compilation (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), e-Way bill
generation, and inventory sync across multi-branch godowns.
● To run automated HRMS workflows, payroll
computations, and employee attendance processing.
● To dispatch transactional alerts, invoices, and
CRM notifications via WhatsApp or Email.
● To verify platform integrity, detect fraudulent
activities, and maintain enterprise bank-grade security protocols.
● You Own Your Data: All client lists, financial ledgers, HR records, and
operational data uploaded to your TedERP instance remain the sole property of
your organization.
● Security Standards: We implement bank-grade 256-bit encryption, strict
access controls, end-to-end data transmission security, and 99.9% cloud uptime
infrastructure to protect against unauthorized access or breaches.
We do not sell, rent, or
trade your enterprise data. We share data only with authorized service partners
required to deliver platform functionality:
● Government Portals: GSTN, E-Way Bill, and E-Invoicing portals for compliance
processing upon your command.
● Payment Gateways: Secure PCI-DSS-compliant payment processing gateways.
● Communication Providers: WhatsApp API providers and Email SMS gateways for

the active duration of your paid subscription. Upon subscription termination or

after which customer tenant data may be archived or permanently removed from
active servers.
